    Format & Time Control

    • Format: A **9-round individual tournament** utilizing the Swiss Manager Program for pairings. It is **open to all players**.
    • FIDE Rated: The tournament is **FIDE rated**, meaning results will affect international ratings.

    • Titled Player Conditions:
      • There is **no tournament entry fee for GMs, IMs, WGMs, and WIMs**, as well as players rated **above 2500** on the September 2025 FIDE Rating List.
